Rosewich was employed by the principal engineer, Klohn Crippen Berger, to perform quality assurance observations for the City of Calgary Glenmore Dam steel gate fabrication. Rosewich despatched a Quality Assurance inspector to the fabricator in China to confirm and report on fabrication activities including welding, machining, non-destructive testing, coating and verification of materials, as well as updating progress.
